If you click on the radial with your initials on the top right corner, select the Add Team button in the top right. When the below window appears, you can name the team (DBS Team or whatever you prefer) and select the UK RTW and DBS Combined Pack and submit.
Following this, as long as you are within this team you should be able to create invites for Standard/Enhanced DBS.
