A subscription to the Update Service costs £16 per year, it’s free if you’re a volunteer. The Update Service allows you to:
- keep your DBS certificate up to date
- take your DBS certificate from role to role – the roles must be in the same workforce and the same level of DBS check
- add multiple DBS certificates to your account
- see which organisations use the service to check your DBS certificate status
